Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This policy explains what information Collaborative Coding Agents collects when you visit collaborativecodingagents.com, and how it is used. Collaborative Coding Agents is a static editorial site: it has no user accounts, no contact form and no comment system.

What data is collected?

Server logs. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure that serves this site records standard technical data for each request: IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, referring page, and the date and time. These logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose errors.

Analytics. The site does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it does.

Contact form submissions. The site has no contact form. If you email editors@collaborativecodingagents.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and use it only to reply.

Does the site use cookies?

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and delivery. See the Cookie Policy for details.

What about third-party links?

Pages link to vendor websites, documentation and other sources. Some outbound links, including links to BAND, carry referral parameters (for example utm_source) that tell the vendor the visit came from this site. Those parameters do not contain personal data, but once you leave this site the vendor's own privacy policy applies. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their practices.

How long is data kept?

Server logs are kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for operation and security, then deleted. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the correspondence and any follow-up corrections.

What are your rights?

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA (California) may give you the right to:

  • access the personal data held about you;
  • ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

Collaborative Coding Agents does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise any right, email editors@collaborativecodingagents.com.

Is the site meant for children?

No. The site is written for software developers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Will this policy change?

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
